Everyone will bring a dish that represents their culture, a favourite family recipe, or simply something they love, because food has a way of sparking conversations and bringing people together. It\u2019s a chance to step away from the usual routine, share stories and have some fun.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why Does Harmony Week Matter?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Harmony Week (18-24 March 2025) is all about inclusivity, respect, and belonging for everyone, no matter their background. In Australia, we\u2019re fortunate to have a mix of cultures and this week is a great reminder of how diversity strengthens workplaces, communities and friendships.<\/p>\n<p>In recruitment, we see firsthand how diverse teams drive creativity and success.
